Reaching Tilicho Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world, was an extraordinary achievement.

The challenging trek through the infamous landslide area tested my limits, but the first glimpse of the turquoise lake surrounded by towering peaks made it all worthwhile.

The sense of isolation and pristine beauty at Tilicho is unmatched.

Less frequented by tourists, this trek provided authentic interactions with local communities.

The panoramic views of the Himalayan range from Khumai Danda were breathtaking, especially with the golden light of sunset illuminating the peaks.
